Shipping policy

1. Processing Times:

All orders are hand-poured, packaged with care, and shipped within 1-3 business days. During Holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. 

2. Shipping Methods:

Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the most cost-effective option for your package. Tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships. 

3. Local Delivery:

Local deliveries are made within 1-2 business days after 6 PM. Your order will be left at your door or the safest available spot. You will receive confirmation once the order is out for delivery and once the package has been delivered. 

4. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and carrier rates. We do no mark up shipping costs.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package has been marked or delivered by the carrier, Flame Fatale Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. 

6. Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo and your order number within 24 hours of delivery so we can verify and replace. 

7. Address Issues:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Saga Candle Co., LLC is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges for forwarded packages, or lost packages due to the incorrect address.
