About the founder
My name is Jackie, and I grew up on the water fishing, riding horses, hauling hay, camping, and working through the long days that come with an outdoor-rooted lifestyle. It was hard work, it was dirty, and it was real, but even in the middle of all of it I still wanted to feel good and smell good. I learned early that you do not have to lose yourself to the life you live. You can spend the day covered in dust, sweat, fish scales, hay, or horse slobber and still want to feel like a person when it is over.
That feeling followed me into adulthood. On the days when the house is finally clean, or even still a little messy because I am tired, I still want my home to smell elevated and fresh. A reminder that even when life is busy, dirty, or exhausting, I can still create a moment that feels like me.
Saga was created from that idea. I wanted products that fit the life I lived without making me feel like I had to choose between being outdoors and feeling human. I wanted candles that sparked deep thoughts, inspiration, and motivation. I wanted body care that felt silky and luxurious. Everything I make is shaped by the belief that you can love the mountains, the water, the work, and the wild, and still want to feel clean, elevated, and like yourself. And to know that no matter how hard the day was, you still have something to turn to that helps you feel elevated and like yourself again.

My family helped me learn to love myself again and to believe that anything is possible. They played a huge role in my healing process and growth as an individual, and helped me believe in myself. Its the kind of comfort I used to only dream about.

Through them, I've learned to cherish the small moments. The ones that disappear too quickly but mean the most. Life can change in a heartbeat, and they've shown me how precious each second truly is.
